Rachel studied Garden Design at the Oxford College of Garden Design, run by six-times RHS medallist Duncan Heather, graduating with distinction.
During the postgraduate diploma course, she worked for Coleby and Faulkner, providing support and care during the construction and subsequent maintenance of their designs before setting up her own design practice. In addition, she also freelances for Matt Haddon Garden Design and The Garden Design Company.
This year, Rachel was selected as a finalist in the RHS Young Designer of the Year at Tatton Park and became a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Design.
Rachel prefers to keep her team small, so that she can provide a personalised, face-to-face service. She strongly believes in creating lasting relationships with her clients and is committed to understanding the requirements of the client's brief in detail, as well as their aspirations. Recognising that each garden and brief are unique, she tailors every proposal to the client.
