Oxford Courtyard

Measuring approximately 6 x 8.5m and with a view of a football stadium, this designs main concern was drawing the eye down and into a stylish extension of the living environment.

Fencing was replaced with moss stripes and hedging for visual enrichment. Corten steel beams created a sense of being in an open-air room. Magic was created by using a water feature to reflect the beams and sunset for evening viewing.

As part of the design, a new layout for a balcony extension leading onto a state of the art spiral staircase was included. In addition, evergreen natives were incorporated for ease of maintenance as well as uniformity in design.
